In Volume 3, “The Second Band and the Rise of the Radicals,” a new version of Bram Z and The Tribe is launched with Bram Z and his new partner, Billy Pistol, while Scotty Rat and Vinny SlugCat beginning a catering service for the entertainment industry in Los Angeles.
